We have a team of people who are interested in fulfilling these goals-- installers, salesmen, office staff, our operating officer and our directors.

Our Chief Operating Officer is Andrew Arblaster.
Our accredited energy rater, Andrew is committed to find the most cost effective solutions to reducing energy consumption in homes.  Andrew also has on ongoing interest in acoustic design. He has extensive experience in metal manufacturing and has degrees in Economics and Metallurgy.

Andrew has been involved in recycling and resource recovery for over 20 years.  He commenced with Enviroflex in 2005.  Enviroflex has a unique profile as it is able to provide the opportunity to convert recycled resources into products that reduce energy consumption.  Through ongoing R&D projects, the business, the business is exploring new opportunities to utilize recycled resources.

The Chair of the Board of Directors is Ric Charlton. Richard Charlton has spent his professional life since his graduation from Sydney University with a Masters’ degree in Engineering Science with Shell Oil Company. He worked with Shell in Nigeria, Kuwait, Trinidad, Brunei, the UK, Malaysia, and The Hague in the Netherlands where he was Head of Explorations & Production Operations & Liaison for Shell International.

He returned to Australia to serve as Chairman and CEO of Shell Australia Limited and has subsequently retired from that position. He has served on a number of Boards and Commissions both private and public and is a member of the Order of Australia as well as receiving a number of other honors. His interests and contributions have spanned business, education, and sports.

Other Board Members:
Barbara Charlton served as the head of two major universities in the U.S. with responsibility for all programs, physical facilities and budget. As part of her responsibility, she directed major planning activities and the building and improvements of campus facilities. She also served on the Meredith Corporation Board of Directors, a Fortune 500 company, that publishes magazines centered on home and family and household projects as well as the Mercantile Bank Board and a number of non-profit boards. Barbara holds B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees.

Glenn Fawcett a Chartered Accountant of twenty years experience, Glenn completed his Bachelor of Business in 1983. After benefiting from a solid grounding in the “Big 4” environment and after a sojourn in income tax advisory to the banking industry, Glenn has been principal of Fawcett & Company Chartered Accountants for eleven years. His firm has been retained to advise Enviroflex on its overall compliance obligations, R&D, and strategy development and execution since its incorporation in 2000 and in recognition of his contribution over time Glenn was appointed to the Board in September, 2005.
